Each apartment is bi-level, “town home style” with sleek laminate hardwood floors and tile through-out.

The 3 bedroom units have a full bath and bedroom on the ground floor, with a second full bath and 2 large bedrooms on the main floor. Eat-in kitchens and living areas overlook the community courtyard.

The 4 bedroom units have a powder room and full private bathroom on the main floor, *spacious* living area and kitchen (eat-in and dining area). The 2nd floor has a 3rd bathroom (full) and 3 additional bedrooms. The 3rd floor/rooftop has a private roof deck.

Five stars are not enough to show how happy I am with West Village, especially in regards to the Leasing manager Mike Tsarfati. My boyfriend and I relocated last year from Chicago and the fact of being in Chicago and looking for an apt in Philly was quite a task for us. Fortunately, we found West Village Group and Mike thoughtfully handled the whole leasing process very professional as well. We signed our lease online and when we got here our apt was all ready, neat and clean, very modern, and beautiful. We have a 3 bedroom apt with our own garage and a gated driveway. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love that anytime I put in a maintenance request the next day it’s solved. Here at West Village, they do a very good job of keeping up with tenants’ concerns, always there to listen and fix/help. So far I really like living here and looking forward to renewing our lease. I love this place, I have very good neighbors, the view of the city skyline is absolutely amazing. I could not get a better deal for the price I am paying. My place is 3000 sf with all the bells and whistles. To me I love the trade-off, I got triple the space for my money, compared to my downtown apartment. The owner is a real nice guy, and he seems to always make improvements, or add things to make the place better. I remember the first day I met my girlfriend and she seen the size of my place, she could not believe how large it was, and how much closet space I had in each room. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a very nice place with tons of space.
